Jammu: A complaint was lodged by one person namely Shabir Ahmed S/o Raaj Ali R/o Sandhi stating that his auto bearing Registration No Jk02CL 7818 was stolen from Panama chowk area.
In this regard a case FIR No 29/2022 u/s 379 IPC got registered at PS Bahu Fort and investigation started.
After this special police teams of PS Bahu Fort under the supervision of SDPO City East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari were constituted. The team led by SHO PS Bahu Fort Inspr Nayat Ali did strenuous efforts and with the help of analysis of CCTV footages of the area along with timely human intervention, finally rounded up two suspects namely
1) Raiz Ahmed S/o Inayat Ali
2) Rashid Ali @Kalu S/o Faqir Ali both R/o Palpard Raghooda.
During sustained questioning, accused confessed their involvement in the above case and on their disclosure stolen vehicle auto load carrier was recovered from them.
Further investigation of the case is going on and more arrests are likely to made in the case.
