Ramban ,18 Feb, 2021, Today, Dr Sunil Gupta, IPS, DIG DKR Range DKR Range visited District Police Line (DPL), Ramban and held casual inspection. He was welcomed by Ms Mohita Sharma IPS, SP Ramban at DPL Ramban, after which he visited Quarter Guard where he was offered General Salute in ceremonial manner. He inspected various units of DPL Ramban including Administrative Complex, Sports/Gym Complex, Mess Block, MT Fleet, Tradesman complex, Equipment Store, Kot, Dry Canteen, MI Room, Clothing Stote etc where he gave necessary directions on general upkeep of items. DIG DKR Range had lunch with the officers of the distt in the mess of the jawans in order to check the quality of the food being served to the jawans. Later on, a brief meeting was held in the office chamber of DySP DAR Ramban which was attended by all gazetted officers of Distt Ramban. DIG DKR Range directed the participants to be proactive to avert any untoward incident. He also directed to review the L&O preparedness in every police station and directed supervisory officers to check their alertness.
DIG DKR Range appreciated all the officers in maintaining peace and tranquillity in the area and also advised to be on high alert during the coming days.
