Jammu, Feb 03 With the mission of creating a future full of opportunities, tolerance and social justice, with community well-being at its core, a first-of-its-kind NGO dedicated to development and welfare of the J&K was launched here, today, aligning with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals including Education, Gender Equality, Health & Well-Being, Economic Growth, Peace, Justice, & Strong Institutions, Poverty, and Climate Action.
Resolvio Foundation has been registered under the Sec 8 of Company Act and is registered with Government of India.The Director of the foundation Mr. Suresh Kumar said the NGO is committed to work in different domains which will help in giving back to the society.
The NGO was formally launched by Dr. Rohit Koul Director and CEO of People’s Hut Foundation along with Sh. Tarun Uppal Chairperson Nirbhay Bharat Foundation, S. Amardeep Singh Managing Director of Vinayak Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences and JKUT7 News Network .Core team members of Resolvio Foundation Mr Rajesh Kumar, Mr. Vijay Kumar who are also members of the Governing Body of the NGO were also present.
Talking to the media, Director of the Resolvio Foundation Mr. Suresh Kumar said this NGO is an attempt to restore and promote humanity, and to restore Jammu as a model of development for other cities in India and elevating its standing among the cities of the world,” he said.
The dignitaries who launched the NGO namely Mr. Tarun Uppal, S. Amardep Singh and Dr. Rohit Koul said they are hopeful that the Resolvio Foundation will work for everyone, and will need the support of everyone. It will be working tirelessly itself, besides providing a platform to others, especially the young generation, to contribute in the development and social service of the city.
