Says three FIRs already registered against Dr Asif, first he has been found directly involved in militancy in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jan 06 : The Inspector General of police Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar on Thursday congratulated Srinagar police for busting a hybrid militant module of TRF and MGH in Srinagar.
Kashmir zone police, while quoting IGP Kashmir on its official Twitter handle said that this module was operating in City on the directions of Sajjad Gul and Dr Asif from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia respectively.
“Congratulations to Srinagar Police for busting hybrid #terror module of TRF/MGH by arresting 4 #terrorists along with 4 pistols. This module was operating in City on the direction of Sajjad Gul and Dr Asif from across: IGP Kashmir,” the police Tweeted.
IGP also said that there are already three FIRs registered against Dr Asif in Srinagar for using provocative language and this is for the first time that Dr Asif has been directly found involved in militancy in Kashmir.
“There are already 3 more case FIRs registered against Dr Asif in Srinagar for using provocative language to invoke disaffection against the government establishments and promoting enmity between different groups. 1st time Dr Asif found directly involved in #terrorism in Kashmir,” the police Tweeted.
